At various times have been the president of the PTA and parents association at his children’s local primary school and kindergartens. Since 2003 has been a member of the “Papa’s picture book project” and has been visiting libraries and kindergartens around the nation to read books to children in a way that only a Dad can do. Joint Representative of “Nippon Children and Parents Supporter” since its inception in 2009.
